The Service integrates with Google APIs (Analytics, Search Console) under the Google API Services User Data Policy. By connecting your Google account, you authorise us to access the data described in our Privacy Policy in read-only mode on your behalf.
You retain ownership of all data in your connected Google accounts. You may revoke our access at any time from your account settings or directly from Google Account Permissions.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Stripe, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
Your content: You own all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service (blog posts, briefs, keyword lists, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Our platform: The software, design, and features of SEO by 15MT are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the platform itself.
Paid plans are billed on the cycle described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before publication. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you publish.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated content will achieve specific SEO results.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
